Nusaybin
In the south-east of Turkey we have our Turkish friends and in march 2011 it was time to visit them in their town Nusaybin. Coming from the cold winter in Sweden we enjoyed the warm winds and the coming spring.
The topic for this meeting was children's toys, games, rhymes and songs. We showed each other different games that are played amongst the children in our countries.
Further down on this page you can watch some typical Swedish games and you can also watch a display of typical Swedish toys.

Oguzhan Primary School
Take a look at some pictures from our visit to Oguzhan Primary School where we met pupils and teachers. We also held our fifth meeting where we showed the work that has been done in each country before meeting here.
Sightseeing
Nusaybin is situated in what used to be parts of Mesopotamia. It is a part of Turkey with a very rich cultural heritage and we had the fortune of visiting some of it. Here are some photos from our trip around, at least a small portion, of all the interesting places and things we experienced.
